Help From Anywhere

You are back at HQ. You never have to leave your seat, and every find you confirm is credited to you.

► Try it now: practice mission About two minutes. Nothing is saved, and you don't need an account.

The steps
  1. Find a location that needs intel
The objectives bar at the top of every location page shows what is still missing: Coordinates needed, Photo needed or Footage needed. The examples further down this page are locations that need help today.
  2. Pin down the position
Find the spot on Google Maps (satellite view helps), then copy its coordinates or its link and paste it into the coordinates box. The film and the location's description usually tell you what to look for.
  3. Find a photo
Upload your own, or search Wikimedia Commons from the page and choose a photo of the right place. Photos from Wikimedia are freely licensed and always credited.
  4. Find footage
Paste a YouTube link to a clip that shows the location: a scene from the film, a tour, or your own video.
  5. Wait for review
A moderator checks each submission before it counts. You get a notification when it is approved, and your name is credited on the location.
  6. Collect commendations
Every confirmed find counts. The operatives with the most confirmed positions, photos and clips hold the Chief titles.
Practice mission

Learn by doing. This is a made-up site, with the same buttons and forms as the real thing. Press whatever glows, and you will do all three analyst jobs in about two minutes.
