INTELLIGENCE BRIEFING
Overlooking Garrison Bight Marina, this waterfront building operated for years as the Harbor Lights Bar before later becoming a restaurant. Its dockside setting made it a natural stand-in for a rough Caribbean waterfront bar.

Appears in Licence to Kill as the fictional Barrelhead Bar, supposedly located in Bimini rather than Key West, where Bond first meets Pam Bouvier and clashes with Sanchez's henchman Dario.
